Certified Nursing Assistant Application

Merrymeeting Adult Education's CNA program has an application and interview process to determine acceptance into the program. Please download the application, fill it out and return it to Merrymeeting Adult Education, 35 Republic Ave., Topsham, ME  04086. Once your application is returned to our office it will be filed until a date is set for the interviews, when you may be called to schedule a time meet with the instructor.
