Sometimes the accumulated mental and physical stress can get so overwhelming that it is hard to know how to deal with it all without dissolving into a puddle of anxiety. Keeping a journal can help you create order out of chaos when your world feels like it is falling apart. It can help you to keep track of and work through both physical and mental symptoms. It can help you organize and keep track of any personal or professional projects you may be working on. Daily journaling can help you to keep excess thoughts and worries from overwhelming you and help you to discover your physically and emotionally healthy and authentic self. In this class on Journaling for Total Health & Wellness, your instructor, Stephanie Garrity, will walk you through the various types and styles of journaling to help you find the kind that is best suited to you and your needs. Bring a set of colored pens (minimum four different colors). Blank journals will be provided.
