Curious about chakras and what they are all about? Did you know that the chakras and yoga are connected? Information covered will include such topics as what body parts and yoga postures relate to each chakra, what mental and emotional characteristics are related, energetic and astrological properties, among others. This is sure to be an informative and fun class for new and seasoned yogis alike! Please bring a yoga mat. Recommended props include a cushion and/or yoga blanket, blocks, bolster, and strap.
