When we think winter, we think, soups and stews for soul-warming comfort. During this class you will learn how to make two different types of hearty soups, Chicken Chili and French Onion Soup as well as Thai Cucumber Salad. Together, we will simmer two big pots of savory goodness and you can freeze the leftovers for an effortless weeknight. Great cooking is about more than recipes-it's about techniques. In our class you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by a Certified Health Coach, who loves to cook. You'll also learn about some of the ingredients and what goodness they bring to your health. The price of the course includes a $10 materials fee. to cover the cost of ingredients.
