Community Partnerships

Greetings from Merrymeeting Adult Education! My name is Allen Lampert, and I am director here at Merrymeeting Adult Education. Merrymeeting is a regional program encompassing 10 communities from Wiscasset to Brunswick. We are pleased to introduce ourselves to your organization.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for all the citizens of the communities we serve. We do this by offering a variety of classes in academic, workforce development, and community education programs.

We are always looking for new ways to partner with and support local organizations. We strive to meet the academic and cultural needs of our citizens. We currently partner with such local organizations as Goodwill Workforce Solutions, the Maine DOL, MidCoast Literacy, Bath Midcoast Youth, Bonney Staffing, MidCoast Chamber of Commerce, Wiscasset Chamber of Commerce, and many more. We are planning new programs in areas such as Harpswell and Wiscasset.
